1) Download the App in the Wix App Market:

2) Add the Job Board from "App Widgets"

3) Style the Widget as Desired:

To edit the job application form, switch to box3 as shown below:

4) Finally, manage your job listings from either the dashboard or by clicking "Manage Jobs" on the widget:

To receive notifications when a new application is received, add your email in the widget's panel like the following:
